I am ILEANA ROJAS, founder of Ileana Author Consulting LLC, and author of the book: “For My High Heels” (English Version) and “Para mis Tacones Altos” (Spanish Version). As an American Citizen originally from Venezuela, I have dedicated my life to empowering families and supporting those who have faced life’s greatest challenges.

My Journey
My passion for helping women stems from my personal journey as a survivor of both domestic violence and breast cancer. Having walked these difficult paths, I understand the strength it takes to overcome adversity and the importance of having support along the way. These experiences transformed my pain into purpose, leading me to dedicate my life to lifting up other women who are facing similar battles.
My Mission
Through my ministry and consulting work, I specialize in empowering women and providing support to:
– Domestic violence survivors
– Breast cancer survivors and those currently fighting
– Women seeking to reclaim their strength and independence
I collaborate with churches, non-profit organizations, and local journalists to extend my reach and impact. My work is supported by a dedicated team of social media collaborators in Venezuela, helping me connect with women across borders.

My Background
I have a BA in International Studies with experience in diplomatic missions and in the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), but here in the United States, I have performed as a social worker with extensive experience serving families and Seniors. I have held leadership positions throughout my career, including Director of Care Transitions. However, I made the decision to leave corporate leadership to answer my true calling – living my faith through ministry and advocacy.
I’m also a polyglot (Spanish, English, French, and Italian), which helps me to network easily between different cultures.
Currently, I am pursuing Legal Studies at my local college, furthering my ability to advocate for human rights and support the women I serve. I am a proud Christian woman, mother, and entrepreneur who believes deeply in the power of faith, resilience, and community.

My Heart
I am a fighter – not just for myself, but for every woman who needs to know that her story isn’t over, that healing is possible, and that her voice matters. Through my books, my consulting, and my ministry, I work tirelessly to ensure that no woman walks her journey alone.
